What file types do you accept for custom prints?
We accept .STL, .OBJ, .STP, .STEP, and .3MF files. Up to 5 files per quote submission, 250MB per file. Note: .3MF files are imported as geometry only — no pre-sliced profile settings will be carried over. We re-slice everything in-house to ensure optimal print quality.
How does the custom quote process work?
Upload your file(s) using the quote tool on our homepage or product page. Select your material and preferences, and you'll receive an instant price estimate. Confirm that you own the rights, have a license, or have explicit permission from the rights holder to have the design printed commercially — then submit. We'll review your files and send you a full quote summary within 1–2 business days before any invoice is issued. The quote is free — no upfront charge.
What happens after I submit a quote?
Once you submit your file(s), we'll review your model(s), slice them, and send you a full quote summary within 1–2 business days. The summary will include material options, estimated print cost, and a fulfillment timeline. You can then approve or decline — no obligation to proceed.
What materials do you print in?
We currently offer PLA, PLA+, PETG, and TPU 95A. Each material has different strengths, flexibility, and finish characteristics. Not sure which to choose? Include your intended use in your submission and we'll recommend the right material in your quote.
What are your maximum print dimensions?
Current maximum build volume is 256mm x 256mm x 256mm. We're actively expanding our printer fleet — larger build volumes are coming soon.
How long does fulfillment take?
Turnaround varies by complexity and queue. We'll give you an estimated timeline with your quote.
Can I cancel my order?
Final print invoices may be cancelled within 2 hours of payment before printing begins. After that, cancellations are not accepted as production will already be underway.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently US only. International shipping is coming in the future.
What if my file can't be printed?
If we're unable to print your file(s), we'll let you know at no charge. The quote is free, so there's nothing to refund.
