Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States Only) MADWORX 3D Prints currently ships within the United States only. All products are printed to order — your item enters the print queue as soon as payment is received.

Production & Handling Time Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be produced, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. Orders are not pre-stocked; each piece is made specifically for you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping is not charged at storefront checkout. A flat shipping fee is included as a line item on your final print invoice. Estimated delivery time is provided by the carrier once your order ships.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

International Shipping International shipping is not currently available but is planned for the future.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

Lost Packages Lost packages must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Contact us at hello@madworx3dprints.com.
